I’m Brad Bond, the owner of ICF Builders USA. I grew up in Vinings, GA, a small town just across the Chattahoochee River from Buckhead / Atlanta, GA.

My journey into the building industry really began out of my entrepreneurial spirit as a teenager when I determined that doing small home repairs as part of my lawn services business earned more money than cutting grass. I was also fortunate to have a next-door neighbor by the name of John Wieland who would become one of the largest builders in Atlanta until his company was acquired by Pulte Group. He was one of our carpool parents and on the days he picked us up from school, I would eagerly tag along and go back to his job sites rather than go home and do my homework. This early exposure to home building was invaluable and ignited my passion for building and construction. My journey continued into commercial real estate where I was exposed to land development with some national home builders, which eventually lead me to getting my BS degree in construction management. After college, I went to work for ARVIDA as a custom home builder and the rest is history as they say.

What truly motivates me is the joy of bringing a client’s dream home into reality and knowing they have a home that is safe from Florida’s hurricanes and torrential storms. I specialize in building custom homes using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), a method I believe in wholeheartedly due to its disaster resistance, energy efficiency, durability and the comfort and quietness it brings to my clients. Over my career I have built many projects, each one is a testament to my commitment to ICF construction and the excellence it brings to a finished product. My clients, like Dr. David Adams, have praised my work, calling me the greatest builder he has ever dealt with. “Brad’s professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness exceeded far beyond my expectations,” Dr. Adams states.

I understand that building a home is a significant investment, and I strive to make the process as seamless and cost effective as possible. That’s why we use our tried-and-true process of starting each Client in our Pre-Construction Services program that leads to having a project that is permit ready. Then we build the home according to the plan we have mapped out.

Outside of work, I have a passion for Cigarette boats and BMWs. I love cruises and soaking up the sun in warm places during winter.
